Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize if there are any damaged items in your shipment. We pack very carefully and take all possible precautions. However, on very rare occasions, damage does occur due to mishaps in transit. Please check all shipments and keep all packing material and wrapping should an item be damaged.

Contact us immediately for complete instructions on processing the collection of any insurance and the refund of your purchase price. Please understand that if you do not assist us in filing an insurance claim, we will be unable to successfully recover the value of the item from the Courier and will be unable to refund your purchase price.

Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, our return policy is simple: If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, return it within 2 weeks and we will refund the purchase price of the item once we receive it back. You can send returned items to New Moon Crystals, Essenwood PnP Centre, Arboretum, Richards Bay 3900, KZN, South Africa. However, please contact us first to let us know it’s on its way and the reason for your return within 7 days of receipt.

Undamaged Items

We want you to be satisfied and understand that sometimes what you see on a website doesn’t always match how the crystal appears once you have it. We try very hard to photograph our crystals from all angles and describe them accurately in listings but recognize that we can’t always meet everyone’s expectations. We don’t stock any crystals we wouldn’t want to own, so if it isn’t right – send it back. We do require that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the crystal and that you have it back to us within 2 weeks. All sales are final 21 days after receipt. 

If you are returning an item, once we receive the crystal in the same condition in which it was sent. [Please return item packed securely]. Damaged returned items will not be accepted. We will issue a refund to the original source of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot reasonably refund the cost of postage. So, the refund amount will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only.

Shipping charges for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
